Returns Policy for Well Armed LTD (Established December 2023)

Returns Eligibility:
You may return products purchased from Well Armed LTD within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at support@well-armed.com Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe return of the items.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 days.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

In the rare event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately at returns@wellarmed.co.uk. We will provide instructions for return and cover the return shipping costs.

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the standard return process applies.

Consumer Rights:

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by this policy.
